Cool’In was born out of the friendship between three enthusiasts from the world of wine.
Through their interactions with French winemakers, they developed a firm conviction: the pleasure of drinking should not depend on alcohol.

Faced with a new generation seeking a better work-life balance, one question springs to mind:
How can you make proper non-alcoholic cocktails… that actually taste good?

From Bordeaux to Angoulême, every stage of production takes place in France.

We select wines for their aromatic quality, then carry out a controlled de-alcoholisation process that preserves all their richness.

The blend is then assembled in Angoulême using water from Gensac, before the addition of carefully selected fruit and plant extracts.

A meticulous process, designed to ensure balance, naturalness and intense flavour.
