That’s the question three friends, Guillaume, Paul and Matthieu, all wine enthusiasts, asked themselves when they set themselves a simple challenge: to create alcohol-free cocktails that really pack a punch. 100% French, low in calories, designed for enjoyment, with no compromises.

FROM ORIGIN TO THE GLASS
We don’t just remove the alcohol. We recreate the cocktail experience, with precision and attention to detail.
01 — A rigorous selection process
We start with an existing alcoholic cocktail and extract the alcohol molecule from it, whilst preserving its aromatic profile.
Working with our flavour specialist partner in Gironde, we then recreate a natural flavour that is faithful to the original.
At the same time, we select French wines from dedicated winemakers, chosen for their aromatic precision and balance.
02 — Controlled alcohol reduction
A gentle technique removes the alcohol without compromising the richness of the aromas. The balance is preserved, the complexity remains intact: the alcohol disappears, the flavour remains.
03 — Signature assembly
Each recipe is then carefully prepared: eau de source de Gensac (Charente), natural fruit and botanical extracts. The aim: to recreate the intensity, freshness and lingering finish of a real cocktail.
04 — Local and sustainable production
All our products are canned in France, in the Charente region. A conscious choice: producing locally to reduce transport and limit our carbon footprint. The tin, which is lighter and fully recyclable, also helps to significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
