2) Object

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&C) govern the sale of products offered by Cool’In on the website www.drinkcoolin.com

By placing an order, the customer unconditionally accepts these Terms and Conditions.

3) Products

  • The products sold are carefully described on the website (description, ingredients, price, images).
  • The photographs are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product.
  • Cool’In reserves the right to modify the product offerings or prices at any time, without retroactive effect on orders that have already been confirmed.

4) Order

  • Orders can only be placed via the website.
  • The customer must provide accurate and complete information so that the order can be processed.
  • Once the order has been confirmed and payment has been made, the customer receives a email de confirmation.

8) Droit de rétractation

  • In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the product.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, complete and in perfect condition.
  • Return delivery costs are payable by the customer, unless the product is faulty.
  • The refund will be made within 14 days upon receipt of the returned item, via the same payment method used for the order.

9) Warranty and compliance

  • All products sold are subject to the statutory guarantee of conformity and to the warranty against hidden defects.
  • If a product is faulty or does not meet specifications, the customer should contact Cool’In at contact@drinkcoolin.com, attaching a photo or photos of the product.

  • Cool’In’s liability is limited to the amount of the order.
